Description

DESCRIPTION

Sessions take place in a lagoon, on a site accessible by boat and offering ideal conditions for practising and learning freediving (suitable depth, absence of currents, warm water, etc.).

Accessible from the age of 12.

Prerequisites:

  • Be able to swim and be in good physical condition.

No depth or time targets: just the pleasure of discovering new sensations!
